Role Summary:
Reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition and Development, you will serve as a Management Consultant, advising on and enhancing the firm’s organizational effectiveness. You will analyze and propose improvements to corporate services, vendor management, and administrative systems, ensuring alignment with best practices and strategic objectives. In this role, you will provide expert guidance while leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency and support a high-performance, collaborative workplace culture.
Duties:
Consulting and Improvement (Strategic/Analytical)
• Conducting assessments and proposing improvements to methods, systems and procedures in areas such as
operations, corporate services and human resources.
• Designing and implementing tools and digital systems to enhance team collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Improving firm processes by applying AI tools or techniques to enhance task efficiency or accuracy.
HR, Systems and Advisory
• Consulting on the HR system, helping roll out new features, managing data, troubleshooting, and designing and providing
reports.
• Assisting the VP, Talent Acquisition and Development, with recruiting and managing staff onboarding and offboarding
process.
• Leading the Joint Health and Safety Committee, health and safety resolutions and track compliance.
Corporate Services
• Leading the Vendor Management Framework project, overseeing contract management, compliance and due diligence
processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related subject, such as Engineering, is required.
- Master’s Degree is preferred
- 3+ years of combined experience in project management, vendor management, corporate services, and human resources support is required.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor lifecycle management, including procurement, compliance and cost optimization.
- Experience navigating regulatory compliance frameworks and audits.
- Experience introducing and customizing project management tools to support teams.
- HR generalist experience (benefits administration, recruitment support, HRIS administration, onboarding/offboarding).
- Proficiency with Project Management systems, HRIS systems, CRM systems and strong MS Office with advanced Excel is required.
- Curiosity in leveraging AI tools for workflow efficiencies.
- Highly process-oriented and organized with the proven ability to multitask by setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative and trusting relationships across all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
- Diplomacy and tact are required as there is a high degree of confidential and sensitive information.
- Analytical skills and the ability to thrive when working independently.
- Experience in workplace Health and Safety oversight.
- Ability to occasionally support events outside of regular hours.
