HelloSafe is a FinTech startup launched in 2020 to revolutionize the way users compare insurance and financial products, to make comparison simple, free, anonymous and fast.

In less than three years, HelloSafe has:

• Over one million monthly users
• Expanded to over 10 countries
• Raised €3 million in funding
• Successfully launched product categories (crypto-currency, NFT, loans, money transfers, investments, insurance, etc.)
• Experienced rapid growth in revenue and traffic on its sites

Main responsibilities:

 

Framework

• Manage the action plan with the Country Manager;
• Prepare strategic meetings;
• Improve processes with the Tech and Marketing team.

Tech

• Participate in the improvement of our proprietary technology (MARS)
• Propose new features to boost user engagement
• Optimize our comparators to increase the conversion rate

Strategy

• Think about new innovative growth relays (white label comparison sites, SEA…)
• Propose new products to put forward on our platform, detect new opportunities
• Align the day-to-day client acquisition strategy with the marketing department
• Collaborate with the CMO to define the medium and long-term marketing action plan

Analytics

• Analyze the performance of our partners and different metrics to guide the acquisition and conversion strategy
• Determine which verticals outperform to allocate resources accordingly
• Report data and findings monthly to the CBO

Profile:

• Complete fluency in one of the following languages: Portuguese, Dutch or German, as well as English and/or French
•  Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills
•  Strong analytical skills: you need to understand the success factors, your fresh eyes and insights are a critical source of information for us
•  Highly rigorous: reporting needs to be thorough and you will ensure the application of HelloSafe best practices 
• Self-starter: you will have ownership over your country and will be able to test your ideas.
•  Sensitivity to design and UX to suggest improvements to the existing product
• You are ideally in your final year of study or recent graduate
