- Support the setup and execution of Brand Lift and MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling)/MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution)studies for client campaigns
- Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights
- Build dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or Tableau
- Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Client Success to align measurement goals with campaign objectives
- Develop and maintain internal measurement toolkits and reporting templates
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in marketing measurement
- Translate technical data and statistical findings into stories that resonate with clients
To be successful, you'll need to
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines and cross-functional inputs
- Communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Take ownership of measurement workflows and continuously improve them
- Work effectively across departments, particularly with Sales, Strategy, and Client Success
- Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities evolve quickly
- Be proactive and resourceful when it comes to solving problems or filling knowledge gaps
About you
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing research, measurement, or analytics
- Hands-on experience running or analyzing Brand Lift studies (Meta, YouTube, Kantar, etc.)
- Familiarity with MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) and/or MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; bonus points for SQL, Python, or R
- Strong understanding of brand marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and campaign objectives
- Proficient in designing surveys and applying control/exposed methodologies to isolate campaign impact
- Data visualization skills (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills — especially with data
- Comfortable working directly with clients and juggling multiple stakeholders
- A self-starter who’s eager to learn and passionate about the creator economy
