- Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery through delivery
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape the team's roadmap and goals from an impactful and measurable customer outcome perspective
- Design elegant, user-centered experiences that balance business needs with usability
- Create and maintain a scalable, cross-platform design system that increases team velocity and ensures consistency
- Conduct and synthesize user research to validate ideas and inform decisions
- Be accountable for the design quality and cohesion across the product line, helping fellow designers advocate for best practices and solutions with their teams
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes, rituals, and tools
- Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and executives
- Collaborate with engineers throughout implementation to ensure design quality
- Influence product strategy and roadmap by bringing a design lens to early-stage initiatives
To be successful, you'll need to
- Lead mobile-first, end-to-end design experiences that drive value for creators and brands
- Develop and share comprehensive UX visions for multi-quarter projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Partner with PMs and engineers to define, prioritize, and ship high-impact features
- Create and evolve scalable design systems that support rapid product development
- Provide craft guidance to designers on the team on complex, multi-faceted features that influence the platform’s medium and long-term strategies" to signal a higher degree of design maturity
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions
- Own design deliverables from ideation to implementation, ensuring visual and interaction quality
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and elevate design execution
- Document and refine UX processes, creating scalable tools, templates, and frameworks that elevate holistic design speed and quality to signal a higher degree of design maturity
- Maintain and contribute to a high-quality, cross-platform design system
- Influence product strategy and represent design in executive-level discussions
You're perfect for the role if
- You have 7+ years of experience in product design, including 2+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects
- You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates deep UX thinking and end-to-end ownership of complex software products
- You have experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
- You can work autonomously on large-scale initiatives like system unification or high-visibility features
- You’re confident managing executive stakeholders and representing design at the leadership level
- You’re comfortable conducting research and synthesizing insights to guide design strategy
- You bring strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset in ambiguous environments
- You use tools such as prototypes, journey maps, and UX flows to articulate progress, rationale, and decisions
- You understand and advocate for accessibility and inclusive design
- You have proficiency with tools like Figma, and a strong grasp of responsive web and mobile design
- You have a deep understanding of front-end technologies, design handoff workflows, and implementation constraints
