- Strategic Partnership Development
- Have strong experience and knowledge in the creator marketing industry and Identify, build, and grow high-value partnerships with platforms, tech partners, and ecosystem leaders
- Align partner goals with #paid’s strategy, product roadmap, and client needs
- Create and operationalize partnership roadmaps, from pilots to full-scale integrations
- Revenue Growth & Execution
- Launch co-branded initiatives, joint marketing campaigns, and monetization plays
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build go-to-market offerings, partner pitch decks, and enablement materials
- Operational Excellence, Enablement and Growth
- Develop scalable systems for onboarding, partner playbooks, legal/billing, and ongoing communication
- Ongoing partnership maintenance to care for the partnership health, and identify new opportunities for mutual growth (sales, marketing, new product features, etc)
- Own contracts, renewals, and commercial terms to ensure win-win outcomes
- Product & Integration Leadership
- Work with Product & Engineering to scope and launch integrations that enhance the client and creator experience
- Collaborate with the Product Lead & Product Marketing lead for relevant partner product launches ensuring resources, training and cross functional team enablement of new offering
- Provide strategic feedback to inform the product roadmap and help guide beta launches
- Performance, Reporting & Optimization
- Define KPIs and track partner performance to optimize for value and long-term success
- Lead executive check-ins, QBRs, and reporting to ensure alignment and accountability
- Industry Leadership & Ecosystem Building
- Represent #paid across industry events and forums to strengthen our ecosystem presence
- Build relationships that elevate our brand and position #paid as a premier partner in the creator space
To be successful, you'll need to
- Bring 5–7+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or ecosystem development, ideally within the creator, social, or media tech space
- Have hands-on experience in both creator-focused environments and managing revenue-generating partnerships
- Be comfortable taking ideas from 0 to 1, and thrive in environments where ambiguity is the norm
- Be known for building repeatable systems and frameworks that scale
- Know how to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, with a revenue-first mindset
- Bring strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to the table
- Have a sharp eye for operational inefficiencies and a drive to fix them
- Be comfortable in Salesforce, Notion, Google Suite, and other collaboration tools
