The Role
As a Creator Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in making sure our campaigns run smoothly and our creators have the best experience possible. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with data, optimizing processes, and supporting cross-functional teams—all while helping shape the future of creator marketing!
Responsibilities
- Manage campaign operations to support active customers
- Assist with creator operations to ensure seamless collaborations
- Track and document internal processes for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams
- Maintain data accuracy and provide real-time updates
- Communicate with creators via platform and support desk
- Provide support to creators by troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless experience on the platform
- Gather feedback from creators to improve internal processes and enhance collaboration
To be successful, you'll need to
- Be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and ensure smooth campaign execution
- Be comfortable with data organization and analysis, adaptable to change, and able to problem-solve effectively
- Have a keen eye for detail in managing and maintaining accurate data
- Understand branding and be able to match creators to the right campaigns
- Have some experience with outreach and prospecting
- Be willing to take on foundational tasks and learn
- Demonstrate a team-first mindset, openness to feedback, and a proactive approach
