Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails with efficiency and a positive attitude
- Identify customers needs, clarify their information, research their issues and provide solutions
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships
- Engage customers by using professional customer service skills
- Inform, explain and provide up-to-date suggestions on an ongoing basis
- Address, resolve and record any customers issues
- Keep accessible and comprehensive records of relevant issues as needed
- Participating In product improvement discussions
Requirements
Must-have
- Great verbal communication skills in English, especially over the phone
- Ability to stay calm and confident during phone conversations
- Able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and adaptable - comfortable with a fast-paced and always changing startup environment
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Nice-to-have
- Previous experience in customer services, sales operations and callcenter
- Experience with Zendesk or other relevant Customer communication software
- Familiarity with the real estate industry
- Other languages will be an asset (French or Mandarin preferably)
