Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails with efficiency and a positive attitude
  • Identify customers needs, clarify their information, research their issues and provide solutions
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships
  • Engage customers by using professional customer service skills
  • Inform, explain and provide up-to-date suggestions on an ongoing basis
  • Address, resolve and record any customers issues
  • Keep accessible and comprehensive records of relevant issues as needed
  • Participating In product improvement discussions

Requirements

Must-have

  • Great verbal communication skills in English, especially over the phone
  • Ability to stay calm and confident during phone conversations
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and adaptable - comfortable with a fast-paced and always changing startup environment
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience in customer services, sales operations and callcenter
  • Experience with Zendesk or other relevant Customer communication software
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry
  • Other languages will be an asset (French or Mandarin preferably)
