What do we need?

As a Lead Development Representative (LDR) you will be an important member of the leasing team, playing a critical role in qualifying leads, profiling customers and providing input on which units generate the best leads.

Requirements

Must-have

Experience in a customer-facing role

Comfortable on the phone

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Self-motivated and adaptable - comfortable with a fast-paced and always changing start-up environment

Willing to work evenings and weekends

Nice-to-have

Previous experience in a startup environment

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Bilingual (EN/FR)
