The Enterprise Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the ongoing optimization, scalability, and governance of Rezolve’s global Salesforce environment across
Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud. This individual will act as the platform owner and key decision-maker for Salesforce operations, working cross-functionally with
Finance, Billing, IT, and Sales Operations to ensure business continuity, automation excellence, and continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities

  • - Own end-to-end Salesforce administration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
  • - Implement, maintain, and optimize automations using Flows and declarative tools (no code-first mindset).
  • - Lead configuration and system enhancement initiatives, including fields, objects, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, and data schema management.
  • - Manage DevOps and release cycles using Salesforce best practices for testing, change control, and deployment.
  • - Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.
  • - Ensure system integrity through ongoing data hygiene, user management, and role/permission audits.
  • - Support integration and alignment between Salesforce and key systems (finance, billing, marketing automation, customer support).
  • - Lead documentation, training, and change management efforts to drive adoption and operational excellence.
  • - Drive proactive platform improvements—identifying issues, proposing solutions, and executing with minimal oversight.
  • - Collaborate with vendors (e.g., Cloud Orca) and internal IT to maintain performance, resolve issues, and plan long-term architecture evolution.
  • - Partner with leadership to design and deliver reporting and dashboards that support strategic decisions and performance tracking.
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and key sales and operational systems (e.g., Netsuite, Gong, Hubspot, AmpleMarket, Docusign, Freshservice, etc)
  • Oversee user onboarding, data quality, and ongoing system hygiene (deduplication, field rationalization, role alignment).
  • Manage third-party applications and integrations (MSFT, Slack, Zendesk, etc.) in coordination with IT.
Certification Requirements
Required: Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
Bonus: Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant Certification.
Highly Preferred: Salesforce Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Technical Architect, or Platform Developer I
certifications.
