What you'll be doing:
- Lead strategic portfolio GTM programs by driving large-scale initiatives that encompass multiple product releases quarterly and align with overall product strategy.
- Optimize high-velocity GTM cadence to oversee and refine program management, ensuring the necessary speed and quality for a continuous release schedule.
- Define and deploy right-sized GTM by evaluating the scale of new product value and implementing the appropriate launch activities for maximum client impact and efficiency.
- Own offer and SKU governance by partnering with product marketing and product managers to guide all new product bundles, offers, and SKUs through the formal definition and readiness process.
- Provide portfolio performance visibility by tracking, analyzing, and presenting a comprehensive view of the quarterly GTM launch cycle, including risks, dependencies, and successes, to leadership.
- Drive GTM process innovation by proactively evaluating and experimenting with activities across the product lifecycle to uncover areas for growth, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Evolve program best practices and documentation by maintaining, socializing, and enforcing high-quality standards and comprehensive documentation for our standardized GTM approach.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience with Product Management, Product GTM Ops and/or Product Program Management.
- Knowledgeable in product lifecycle and Go-to-Market strategies. * Ability to understand and oversee a high velocity of quarterly releases and ensure GTM excellence for all activities.
- Proven experience delivering high value programs that solve real business issues and drive growth.
- Ability to communicate, build trust and drive results across a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- An uncanny ability to help break down complex problems into discrete, manageable work streams for you and collaborators.
- An ability to determine and drive towards outcomes, not just deliverables.
- Unafraid to drive accountability and surface blockers in a timely manner to support client and business outcomes.
- Detail oriented with the ability to understand the short and long term impact of decisions.
- Open minded with the ability to pivot as necessary to ensure the best outcomes
Nice to haves:
- Program Management certification.
- Experience with coordinating new SKU development.
