What You'll Do:
- Serve as a credible and independent strategic HR partner, proactively advising and influencing Bazaarvoice leaders on talent, organizational design and change management.
- You’ll be a trusted point of contact, adept at identifying underlying issues and providing well-reasoned solutions, escalating when necessary.
- Independently manage and resolve complex employee relations matters with empathy, fairness, and a deep understanding of local labour laws. You'll ensure timely, compliant, and discreet handling of sensitive situations, proactively fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Go beyond reporting to proactively analyze people data (e.g., turnover, headcount, engagement), identify trends, and translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders and HRBPs. Your ability to 'tell the story' with data will be crucial.
- You'll expertly leverage Workday and other HR systems to extract and interpret key HR insights and trends.
- Play a key role in the end-to-end creation and execution of people programs, from talent management and employee engagement to leadership development whilst ensuring seamless collaboration with regional HRBPs and Centers of Excellence (COEs). Your proactive approach will ensure successful adoption and impact.
- Proactively support and co-lead organizational design initiatives, ensuring structures align with strategic business priorities and foster agility. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing talent strategies focused on succession planning, workforce development, and retention within a dynamic environment.
What You'll Bring
- Impact-focused Experience: 5 - 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, demonstrating significant impact as a strategic partner to global teams.
- Proactiveness and Independence: Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, anticipate business needs, and proactively develop and implement solutions with minimal guidance.
- Pacing & Execution: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization, knowing when to move quickly and when to meticulously execute complex programs and processes.
- Influence & Collaboration: Exceptional ability to influence and build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels, from individual contributors to executive leadership, and across diverse global teams.
- Storytelling & Business Acumen: Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong business acumen, enabling you to translate complex HR concepts and data into compelling, actionable narratives that resonate with leaders.
