What You'll Do:
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the global campaign strategy and execution plan, ensuring all initiatives align with overarching business objectives with a relentless focus on business impact first. You will manage the campaign roadmap with a 90/10 focus on big growth bets while allocating resources for fast-turn experiments.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee the global campaigns budget, allocating resources strategically to different initiatives and channels to maximize impact and ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including the Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, and Campaigns Specialist. You will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance, and champion a culture of transparent metrics, ensuring everyone on the team knows the score every week.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, communicating campaign performance, strategic direction, and key insights. You will be a critical liaison between marketing and our sales partners, ensuring tight alignment.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor and analyze the performance of all campaigns, ensuring key metrics are met and providing regular updates to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product marketing, content, and field marketing to ensure campaigns are fully integrated. You will also lead tiger teams to rapidly mobilize and address urgent business opportunities, embodying our fast-turn play process. You will be the driving force behind our "one global standard, local adaptation" approach.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity. You should have a strong track record of both net new demand generation and cross-sell/upsell.
- Strategic Acumen: A strong track record of developing and executing successful, large-scale marketing campaigns with a bias for action. You're a leader who believes that done is better than perfect when pipeline is at stake.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing talent. You should be able to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
- Collaboration: A natural collaborator who can build strong relationships and align various teams and stakeholders toward a common goal.
