What You’ll Do
- Act as first point of contact for all employee questions regarding process, policies, benefits and other applicable global/regional programs.
- Manage and maintain employee-related documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Finalize and submit monthly timesheets for employees, and collaborate closely with the global payroll team and external payroll partners to ensure that payroll is processed correctly and on time.
- Administer, maintain and implement company’s P&T processes, policies and programs.
- Identify, report, and help resolve process gaps and issues within the P&T function.
- Perform routine tasks in Workday such as new hire entries, document uploading, employee and organizational changes, and reporting for the P&T Business Partner team.
- Analyze and audit people data to ensure information accuracy.
- Participate in regional initiatives and special projects, creating opportunities for meaningful connections and planning of events to cultivate a thriving workplace culture.
- Partner with global P&T Business Partners regarding change management and talent programs.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to drive system improvements and enhance HRIS functionalities.
- Collaborate with the wider P&T team to craft global solutions for innovative people programs.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Versatile HR experience in a generalist or operational capacity.
- Knowledgeable in HR software and tools, with a hands-on experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.
- Working knowledge of and practical application of Lithuanian labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively on a wide variety of HR policies and practices, actively listening to needs and concerns.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Adaptable in a fast-changing tech environment, displaying initiative with the ability to work independently and a proactive approach to continuous process improvement.
- Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to manage non-complex projects independently.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken, at a full professional proficiency is essential.
