The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategy and Operations Manager to play a critical role in driving our strategic initiatives and driving operational improvement programs for the company. This role will sit in the Office of the CEO and work closely with leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and others to develop and execute strategic plans, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance our overall performance and achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, operational acumen, and demonstrated knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive efficiency and insights, coupled with excellent communication and project management abilities.
What You'll Do:
- Manage execution across a portfolio of strategic initiatives (e.g. GTM execution, process improvements, market sizing and analysis)
- Support rhythm of the business activities as needed incl. BoD deck preparation, QBR prep, annual strategic planning process
- Drive alignment and accountability across senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Analyze and interpret complex data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision-making, utilizing AI-driven analytics where applicable
- Drive operational enhancements and best practices across the organization
What You'll Bring:
- Commitment towards continuous improvement – an ability and desire to recognize and execute on ongoing business improvement opportunities
- 5-7 years of experience in strategy & ops (global SaaS, eCommerce, or consulting)
- Proven success leading strategic, cross-functional programs to completion
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and drive (as necessary) decision making across cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying AI technologies to business operations and analysis.
