We are looking for a Transactional Specialist who is highly motivated that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The Transactional Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious content acquisition and revenue goals. You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. Candidates should be driven, hard-working professionals who have a knack for closing deals. You must be comfortable speaking to clients and qualifying opportunities. We are looking for a candidate who is organized and adaptable with strong time management and communication skills.

What You Will Do

  • Understand customer needs and requirements:
  • Analyze and comprehend customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Run sales cycle to completion including post-sale follow-up:
  • Take charge of the sales process, from lead qualification to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the account team to build pipeline
  • Collaborate with the account team to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Process sales orders that come in for sampling campaigns:
  • Efficiently handle sales orders related to sampling campaigns.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Actively pursue new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads.
  • Learn and Explain Information from our Bazaarvoice Knowledge Base
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge from the Bazaarvoice Knowledge Base - Program basics.
  • Effectively communicate and explain information from the Knowledge Base to clients, providing insights and guidance on sampling program basics.

Who You Are

  • 0-1 years sales experience:
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, and those with up to one year of sales experience will be considered.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
  • Entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, fearless, ambitious, team player:
  • The ideal candidate should possess qualities such as self-motivation, goal orientation, fearlessness, ambition, and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Extremely organized and able to follow through the sales process:
  • Organizational skills are crucial, and the candidate should be adept at managing the complete sales process.

  • A track record of accomplishments reflecting a positive and winning attitude.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and be a self-starter:
  • Proven ability to work hard, learn quickly, and take initiative without constant supervision.
