- Create and execute content strategies that align with the company’s business goals and customer needs, focusing on building brand loyalty, engagement, and increasing lifetime value.
- Produce and oversee high-quality content that resonates with our members, from product descriptions and articles to email campaigns and social media content. You’ll write with a passion for storytelling, while maintaining the brand’s voice and tone.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of content across all channels, with a focus on the customer journey and key touchpoints.
- Optimize content for search engines and user experience, leveraging SEO best practices. Monitor performance and engagement metrics to continually refine and enhance content strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create cohesive content that supports product launches, newsletter, and member education initiatives.
- Develop content that encourages interaction and community-building, such as user-generated contents, social media engagement, and educational resources.
- Stay on top of social trends and emerging technologies, adapting strategies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of industry shifts and member expectations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on clear, concise, and compelling storytelling that engages customers across all touchpoints.
- Proven ability to develop and implement content strategies that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention for a direct-to-consumer brand.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques to ensure content ranks well and resonates with target audiences.
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
- A keen eye for creative content ideas and a passion for staying ahead of content trends and member retention behavior.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and lead content initiatives across departments.
- 3-5 years of experience working with DTC brands or e-commerce environments is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building customer-centric content strategies for e-commerce or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Salesforce and JIRA.
- Alternative proficiency in Spanish or French or German is a plus!
