You will be responsible for the administration and continuing improvement of Coupa – our spend management platform

What you will do

  • Provide functional & technical administration in Coupa, our Procure-to-Pay solution
  • Manage and maintain the Coupa platform, including user accounts, roles, permissions and all aspects of the system configurations and customizations
  • Configure workflows and business rules to automate the procurement processes
  • Manage new vendor onboarding and database maintenance
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Coupa system
  • Manage from start to finish the overall analysis, testing and execution process testing for ongoing Coupa upgrades. Review major releases noted from Coupa and provide delta assessment and impact
  • Provide ongoing support to internal users on Coupa functionality.
  • Interact with and leverage insights from Coupa Community to create and maximize opportunities within the platform and implement new tool functionality
  • Collaborate and interact regularly with global leaders from across the enterprise and at all levels of management to troubleshoot issues, resolve roadblocks, drive continuous process improvement, and support strategic priorities
  • Create, maintain and deliver training materials to admins/ employees

Who You Are

  • Required:
  • Two (2+) years relevant experience in supporting purchasing, sourcing, accounts payable, accounting or related systems
  • Experience in accounting ERP system
  • Experience driving user acceptance testing, user adoption and user training
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage and prioritze their time to meet all deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and driven to learn and grow
  • Ability & desire to work in a fast placed and continually evolving environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience in Microsoft Office including Excel functionality (vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)
  • Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience as a Coupa Administrator
  • Understanding of procurement processes including procurement lifecycle, purchase order management, requisitioning, sourcing and supplier management
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP system
