Bazaarvoice is seeking to add a new leader to our North American Renewal Sales organization. The mission of the BV Renewal Sales team is to drive client retention across transactional renewals business. The Manager we seek will provide managerial oversight for our team of Renewal Sales Representatives located in Vilnius, Lithuania. This team is focused on renewing transactional contracts across our Enterprise, Midmarket, and SMB level client portfolios. The individual we hire will be a key member of the Revenue Organization here at BV and will lead their team out of Vilnius.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 4-5 Renewal Transaction Specialists based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
  • Ensure that Renewal procedures are understood and implemented across the team.
  • Strategically guiding existing processes, and aiding providing process recommendations to drive renewal rates at rapidly increasing scale.
  • Assist Renewal reps and leadership with renewal contract negotiations resulting in positive business outcomes and maximizing retention of ARR and addressable whitespace.
  • Collaborating with sales leaders, Account Directors, Client Success, as well as our finance and legal teams to forecast, track, and report churn and retention rates on a monthly, weekly, and annual cadence.
  • Building your team and guiding the career growth and development for your direct reports

Who you are:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing client facing teams in a sales/client success related role; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Must have a strong track record of providing outstanding service to customers/clients/accounts
  • Heavy focus on data, analysis, metrics-based coaching, and driving results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Steller interpersonal skills for collaboration across internal teams in addition to clients
  • Ability to provide critical feedback and navigate challenging conversations with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, web meeting software and other tools in support of customer analysis, tracking and interactions
  • Based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
