  • Highly detail-oriented and quality-driven—you take pride in clean, reliable work
  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and takes initiative without waiting for direction
  • A natural problem-solver who enjoys debugging complex systems
  • Comfortable working in client-facing environments
  • Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
  • Open to receiving and applying constructive feedback
  • Calm and effective under pressure in high-performance engineering environments

This position offers a competitive base salary range of $70,000–$85,000 CAD, commensurate with experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
