Data Scientist Annotator

📍 On-site | Warsaw | Full-time | 3-month contract (with extension option)

DATAmundi.ai https://www.datamundi.ai/ is looking for experienced Data Scientist Annotators to join our Warsaw-based team. This position requires strong analytical and technical expertise, as well as the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in supporting engineers and business stakeholders with high-quality data annotation, elaboration, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data annotation, elaboration, and analysis
• Generate synthetic data to support internal AI/ML model development
• Explore and propose business use cases for synthetic data across departments
• Support engineers in data-driven decision-making
• Prepare resources such as templates, dataset evaluations, and use case descriptions
• Execute data science tasks defined by project leads
• Design and improve ETL workflows for unstructured data
• Coordinate data annotation and ensure quality assurance using available resources

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
• Strong business approach and ability to align data work with strategic goals
• Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL (experience with cloud data platforms is a plus)
• Proven experience in data science, including practical applications of machine learning models
• Experience solving business problems using AI tools in areas such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, or Support
• Technical knowledge of predictive and exploratory analytics, feature engineering, and generative AI for multimodal use cases
• Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to define tasks, coordinate projects, and manage annotation workflows
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project processes
