<p>We are seeking experienced <span>Psychologists</span> to support the <span>validation of psychological assessments</span>, specifically Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs) designed to measure behavioral traits such as empathy. <br><br><span>Role:</span> Psychologist (Subject Matter Expert) <span>Location:</span> Remote – Candidates based in <span>India, Canada, or the USA</span> (for the UK requirement: candidates must have studied in the UK but currently practice in the US or Canada)<br><span>Job Type:</span> Project-based (Hourly)<br><span>Experience Level:</span> 4+ years<br><span>Work Schedule:</span> Weekday or weekend support as required <br><span>Required Qualifications and Skills</span> <br><br></p> <ul> <li><span>Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology</span></li> <li>Valid license to practice</li> <li>Minimum <span>4 years </span>of professional experience in psychology</li> <li>Proven expertise in <span>psychological assessment </span>and psychometrics</li> <li>Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills</li> <li>Previous experience developing or validating SJTs is an asset</li> </ul>
