About the role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of Marketing will operate as a hands-on strategic leader who can think big, move fast, and execute across the entire marketing funnel with creativity and precision. This role requires deep full-stack marketing expertise and a strong track record in the data services industry.

Position Summary
The Marketing Director will serve as a key driver of DATAmundi’s brand and growth strategy. You will develop and implement integrated marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You’ll lead marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels, building out capabilities in content, demand generation, product positioning, marketing ops, customer marketing, and analytics. You'll also contribute meaningfully to the company’s go-to-market (GTM) direction, brand presence, and thought leadership in the GenAI space.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Marketing Execution
- Content Marketing: Own and manage the creation of high-impact content (blogs, case studies, white papers, videos, and thought leadership) to drive awareness and lead nurturing.
- Demand Generation: Run scalable campaigns including ABM, paid social, webinars, and email automation to generate SQLs and fuel sales pipeline growth.
- Product Marketing: Define and refine service messaging and positioning. Create GTM strategies for new offerings and vertical-specific solutions.
- Brand Marketing: Maintain a unified and differentiated brand voice across all touchpoints. Increase brand equity through consistent storytelling and value proposition.
- Marketing Operations: Oversee the martech stack, automation workflows, attribution models, CRM integration, and performance tracking (HubSpot preferred).
- Customer Marketing: Cultivate brand advocates through case studies, testimonials, upsell campaigns, and engagement programs focused on client growth and retention.
Performance Management
- Build and manage dashboards and KPIs to assess campaign ROI and marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze funnel metrics to optimize acquisition strategies, conversion rates, and customer LTV.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of marketers and specialists.
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of GTM strategies.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in a data services company. No exceptions.
- Demonstrated experience as a full-stack marketer, from strategy through to execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messaging for technical and executive audiences.
- Fluency in tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other martech platforms.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B services business models.
- Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment with limited resources.
- Experience executing international marketing programs is a plus.
