We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales and drive business expansion. This self-starter will have a proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients. The role requires expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals, particularly in the realm of multilingual data solutions and advanced technologies like ML, NLP, GenAI, and LLMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Implement outbound strategies to generate new business through cold calling, emailing, networking, and CRM insights.
- New Business Acquisition: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing—focusing on driving new enterprise partnerships.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales efforts with business goals and identify new growth opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and industry leaders through networking and attending key events.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and report on the sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met and opportunities are maximized.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or outbound prospecting (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven success in generating leads and closing deals.
- Expertise in outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach and networking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with ML, NLP, and AI-driven solutions is highly desirable.
