Giatec Scientific Inc. (Giatec) is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Northern Europe to join our Global Sales team, reporting to our Director of International Sales. The ideal candidate will have successful experience growing new markets through a multi-channel approach. A documented track record of success in markets such as the United Kingdom (UK) and the Northern Europe will be of particular interest. This role leads the effort to expand our footprint within the international markets Giatec operates in, and effectively enter new markets as they are identified.

We are looking for someone that communicates well and ideally in multiple languages (English being an absolute must), motivate stakeholders, and loves to solve challenges.   • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge our primary customers’ pains, our products, and solutions, and how to effectively communicate our value.
  • Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers and each market.
  • Directly support team members during prospect/customer visits in market as needed.
  • Ensure achievement of all performance objectives and revenue goals in each identified market and as a function.
  • Create, implement, and monitor sales activities, analyze results, identify gaps, and implement solutions to address issues or concerns, while improving sales training, and developing proper segmentation of customers.
  • Negotiate conditions and contractual terms with channel partners.
  • In partnership with the Director, International Sales, identify opportunities for new market penetration, customer expansion, and new geographical markets, prospects, distributors, partners, and sales channels.
  • Close collaboration with our Marketing team on content and demand generation efforts.
  • Ability to carry out presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to execute public speaking engagements at events as needed.
  • Travel to visit prospects/customers and attend trade shows as needed.


  • A proven track record of leading international market growth, ideally including the UK and EU.
  • 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 of which were spent in growing international markets.
  • Experience with channel sales partnerships, ready-mix concrete producers, concrete, and/or construction preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are an asset (particularly Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, and/or Icelandic).
  • Ability to travel within the UK, and to the EU and North America when necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in environments where change is constant, fast-paced, and often with strict deadlines.
  • “Growth hacker” or creative, results-oriented mindset with the ability to get stuff done.
  • Honest, caring, and candid communication style to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Humility, a willingness to share the credit and receive / consider new ideas from others.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen ideally with comprehensive industry knowledge in Channel Sales Partnerships, Construction, and Concrete.
  • Experience with our tech stack (or similar): LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesforce, Dodge, Kennected, and MS Office among others.
