The Customer Care Advisor is the account manager, and is responsible for the ongoing care of their assigned customers as their first point of contact. This role is highly visible, both internally and externally, working with some of the largest and most exciting fleets in the world.
What you'll do:
The Customer Care Advisor takes account leadership and includes development of new business and the associated execution plan, with the support of a cross functional team across Geotab. This position will focus efforts on account growth through understanding the customer and delivering intelligent solutions to their problems, with the ultimate goal of driving customer satisfaction and revenue. Relationship management both inside and outside of the organization is a core competency.
How you'll make an impact
- Function as the reseller to the Direct Customers of Geotab. Be the liaison between, Customers, Finance and Product to ensure our customers' voice is being heard.
- Manage the customer relationship and help manage allocation of team resources against customer priorities.
- Create, evaluate, and implement strategic engagement plans for the growth and development of opportunities across direct customers groups.
- Devise and deploy all business development goals and objectives pertaining to the growth of Geotabs’ existing customer base and additional markets around the globe.
- Provide expert leadership and guidance as SME.
- Develop a deep knowledge base of the industry and maintain top-of-mind awareness of complexities of multinational accounts and how to meet their needs.
What you'll bring to the role
- 3-5 + years experience in enterprise account management or a similar role.
- Experience in fleet management, fleet maintenance, or another automotive sector.
- Experience in telematics.
- Strong aptitude for understanding technical and business requirements.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with delivering presentations and training.
- Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.
