Description: Commission Sales Rep Position


GameFace is the future of Sports: We are an online Ap where Athletes and Coaches around the world get direct access to our Advanced Video products and services geared to getting Athletes to the next level (whatever that level may be). 

We have a great small internal team and a growing roster of experienced consultants. Now we need enthusiastic SDRs to help us spread the word and drive sales around the Country and around the Globe with our incredible technology.

We are currently looking for multiple sales representatives that are ready to hunt and sell on a commission basis. SDR’s will receive 100% of the Team sign up fee (or the first month of any individual sign up)

This opportunity can be fully remote and virtual; mostly web-based video live meetings and email, with minimal phone. Opportunities, for the right candidate, exist to connect in person with an endless number of Athletic Associations as well.

Candidates must be very knowledgeable and professional with business clients; have excellent written and spoken English; experience with streaming and/or video clipping preferred.


SDRs are responsible for outbound sales and supporting the company’s sales efforts.

This is a remote, commission-based job for an experienced, results-driven Sales professional, ideally with knowledge of the video and streaming industry and experience in promoting websites and digital platforms.

Candidates will be responsible for researching and connecting with Athletic Teams, Clubs, Associations, Leagues, Unions, Organizations and/or individual Role Models and Influencers. Connections can be made using email as well as through Linkedin, Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat or any other publicly accepted means.



Commission structure:

·        100% of the Team sign up fee (aprox $400) for each team signed on to teh platform (or first month of any individual sign up)

·        $25 bonus for each new VIP Client membership signup (Influencer/Role Model)

·        Tiered Bonuses based on commission targets ($1000, $5000, $10,000 etc)

·        $100 Sales Rep Referral Special compensation (For referring new sales reps that have three consecutive months with commission sales).

·        Three consecutive months of sales over $1200 commission (equivalent of only three teams) receives an additional $100 Bonus

·        Six consecutive months of sales over $1200 commission (equivalent of only three teams) receives an additional $250 Bonus

·        Three consecutive months of sales over $2800 commission (equivalent of only seven teams) receives an additional $250 Bonus

·        Six consecutive months of sales over $2800 commission (equivalent of only seven teams) receives an additional $500 Bonus

·        Bonuses for signing Associations, Clubs or Leagues (consisting of 10+ teams).

·        Bonus for Top Annual Sales Rep



·        Generate new business leads and sell via multiple channels including email, video calls, phone and LinkedIn (targeting customers primarily in Canada and the United States as well as UK, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Asia)

·        Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

·        Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

·        Coordinate sales effort with core team members (Strategy, Business Development, and Operations)

  • ·        Inform potential clients of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of joining GameFace

·        Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and engage them with the appropriate products and services

·        Maintain the client database/CRM (experience using Hubspot is considered an asset)

·        Prepare correspondences with clients and follow up with leads

·        Provide customer support with the objective of maximizing customer satisfaction

·        Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

·        Continuously improve through feedback


Desired Skills and Experience

·        Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

·        Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business relationships

·        Experience working with office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, Hubspot)

·        Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales

·        Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

·        Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

·        Enthusiastic personality with excellent interpersonal skills

·        Strong problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focus


Preferred Qualifications

·        Sales experience: a minimum of 1-3 years

·        Understanding of Streaming and Video technology preferred

·        Excellent negotiation & high communication skills (verbal and written)

·        Fluency in English is mandatory, and fluency in French, Spanish, or another language is a plus

·        Experience with Hubspot or another CRM system preferred

·        Minimum of 2 professional references and one personal reference
