Description

As a Payment Consultant Growth Specialist, your role is to follow up with approved merchants who need further assistance to help activate and increase their processing volume. You will be contacting approved merchants, working alongside our internal team and external partners to coordinate what is necessary to help the merchant recognize their full processing potential. The position is commissioned and quota based.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

  • Understand merchants needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
  • Strong grasp of our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Navigate calls with effective discovery questions to set up a meeting with our onboarding team
  • Educate and engage merchants through the value of Stax Payments
  • Learn and develop effective ways to overcome common objections
  • Achieve a minimum of quota attainment
  • Qualify leads from inbound and self-sourced outbound leads
  • Regularly attend stand up, training meetings with the SC + Team
  • Work cross functionally with Merchants, internal team members, and external partners
  • Investigate and Research what needs to be done to improve performance from the Merchant
  • Play a key role in establishing onboarding calls to help train and activate merchants
  • Liaison between internal teams, external partners, and Merchant to complete activation
  • Manage sales tools i.e. HubSpot, Google Sheets and other forms to track performance
Requirements
  • Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
