The Opportunity for You:
Funnelytics is a profitable SaaS platform that helps marketers visualize and understand customer journeys. We’ve served thousands of businesses and are now scaling into software-enabled marketing services. The service side is already validated, demand is strong, and leads are flowing in.

This role as Sales Lead is your chance to step in at a pivotal stage: proven product, validated service, and a sales function that needs a builder. You’ll start by driving conversations and setting calls — and soon start building a small team under you. We are looking for someone who has SDR and management experience and who is willing to 'do it all' as they start building.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engaging inbound leads, trial users, and outbound prospects.
Qualifying opportunities and booking calls with our closing team.
Speaking the language of digital marketing — funnels, CAC, ROAS, attribution.
Collaborating with leadership to refine scripts, outreach, and sales process.
Taking ownership of pipeline quality and consistency.
Goal to put processes in place and grow team within first year, managing 2–3 setters/closers.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’ve sold marketing services before — ideally at an agency, or you’ve even run one yourself.
You’re entrepreneurial and ambitious, with previous experience managing a sales team/department.
You’re persistent and organized, with a natural ability to follow up and close loops.
You’re coachable and adaptable — hungry to learn and scale.
Most importantly: You want to be part of building a sales machine inside a proven business.

Compensation Package:

Competitive base + commission structure that will result in On Track Earnings (OTE) of $9K/mo+ as a sales leader.
