We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to execute data-driven automated marketing campaigns, streamline workflows, and support demand generation efforts. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is pivotal in managing the marketing technology stack, developing and deploying email campaigns, and overseeing end-to-end workflows, from lead generation and qualification to seamless sales handoff via the CRM.

The Marketing Operations Specialist will take ownership of marketing automation processes and execution to enhance productivity, ensure data quality, and deliver insights through reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical professional with a passion for improving marketing performance and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain the marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Build, test, and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and workflows.
  • Implement lead scoring and nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Segment and target audiences for personalized marketing strategies.
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Maintain and improve the quality of marketing data through regular audits and updates.
  • Manage integrations between the marketing automation platform and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Monitor lead flow and data synchronization between platforms.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights.
  • Set up and maintain tracking for marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking pixels.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with legal and regulatory standards, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection laws.
  • Maintain industry best practices for email marketing, data privacy, and deliverability.
