The Role

We’re looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager (Growth) to drive adoption, conversion, and monetization across our core Supplements product experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and design — focused on optimizing the provider-to-patient-to-order journey. You’ll own key growth levers across the funnel, run experiments, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our product experiences drive meaningful usage and impact.

If you’re excited about using data and experimentation to improve real-world outcomes in healthcare, this is a high-impact opportunity to do just that.

What You'll Do

  • Own adoption, conversion, and monetization across core Supplements product experiences
  • Optimize the end-to-end funnel from provider → plan → patient → order
  • Identify and execute on key growth levers including attach rate, bundling, average order value, and reorder behavior
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments from hypothesis through implementation and iteration
  • Build and maintain a growth and experimentation roadmap aligned with product and business priorities
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Data to improve onboarding, activation flows, and in-product experiences
  • Develop and execute lifecycle strategies to drive engagement and repeat usage
  • Analyze funnel performance, cohort behavior, and experiment results to inform decisions
  • Define and track key performance indicators including conversion rates, attach rate, and repeat purchase behavior
  • Communicate insights and growth opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product growth, growth marketing, or a related role in a product-led environment
  • Proven track record of optimizing conversion funnels and driving measurable improvements in adoption and monetization
  • Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation programs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data tools (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Design, and Data teams
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive decision-making
  • A test-and-learn mindset and comfort operating in fast-paced environments

What We Can Offer You

  • Flexible PTO and competitive pay, because work-life balance matters
  • RRSP/401k match and stock options to invest in your future
  • Premium benefits package with customizable coverage and paramedical services
  • Fullscript discounts to save on high-quality wellness products
  • Continuous learning opportunities to grow your skills and career
  • Remote-first flexibility to work where you work best
