We’re seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Supplier team, reporting to the VP of Partner Management & Strategy. This role supports pricing strategy across product and laboratory partners, providing data-driven insights that balance competitiveness, margin health, and supplier strategy. You will partner closely with Supplier, Category, and Finance leaders to inform pricing decisions, supplier negotiations, and category performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage lab-oriented industry pricing to ensure competitive and strategic positioning
- Monitor top supplements products & categories, key suppliers, and industry pricing trends, including discounting behavior
- Perform financial analysis on margin changes and assess impact of pricing and discounting decisions
- Support supplier negotiations with pricing insights and scenario modeling
- Provide analytical support to category-level analysis as defined by leadership
- Build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and reporting
- Ensure pricing accuracy, governance, and consistency across workflows
- Support ad-hoc supplier and pricing strategy initiatives
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, supplier strategy, or a related role
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience working with pricing, discounting, and margin dynamics
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL and BI tools preferred
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, labs, supplements, or marketplace businesses is a plus
