What You'll Do
- Paid Digital Strategy: Includes Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic. Strategically drive planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms, focusing on customer acquisition. Ensure cohesive strategy across all channels.
- Campaign Management: While hands-on execution is managed by our agency, this role will be expected to optimize, and troubleshoot digital campaigns across the marketing funnel. Leverage market-leading DSPs, Meta, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads to achieve Fullscript’s growth goals.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large data sets to pull meaningful insights related to campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results. Measure campaign success against KPIs to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, and data, while also managing external partners. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring the effective execution of campaigns.
- Client & Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, and cross functional stakeholders. Collaborate on strategy and planning for campaigns as part of Fullscript’s broader marketing mix.
- Process Improvement: Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of Fullscript’s paid digital capabilities. Identify and implement process improvements to automate and streamline workflow to ensure efficient high-quality campaign delivery.
- Budget Management: Oversee paid digital budget management, including spend delivery, invoicing, investment, and margin tracking. Help drive profitability within the department while ensuring campaign efficiency and performance.
What You'll Bring
- Solid experience in paid digital campaign management, with hands-on experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, DSPs, and other ad-serving platforms.
- Experience in managing $5 million+ in annual paid budgets.
- Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, focused on the US and Canadian Healthcare market, with an emphasis on SEM, programmatic display, and their roles in customer engagement.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides to analyze campaign performance and present insights clearly.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of numeracy and literacy to manage complex campaigns and deliver results.
- Strong communication skills, able to work cross-functionally, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing commercial aspects of digital campaigns, including budgeting, invoicing, and margin management.
Bonus Points
- Healthcare B2B and B2C experience.
- Experience and frameworks to apply with A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve results.
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to evaluate paid digital program performance.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies for a multi-product platform serving both SMB and Enterprise customers
