What you'll do:
- Troubleshoot helpdesk requests and serve as an escalation point for more complex issues across both Mac and Windows environments.
- Create, triage, and resolve support tickets while determining appropriate priority levels.
- Administer and support SaaS applications, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access management, and basic troubleshooting.
- Act as the administrative owner for one or more IT systems (e.g., MDM, identity, or endpoint management platforms).
- Support device management operations including enrollment, configuration, compliance, and OS updates.
- Assist with monitoring system availability, network performance, and device health.
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Write and maintain clear and detailed documentation for procedures, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and internal workflows.
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support asset management, including hardware tracking, lifecycle updates, and periodic audits.
- Contribute to small and medium-sized IT projects, taking ownership of assigned tasks and driving them to completion.
- Participate in knowledge sharing across the team through documentation, updates, and team meetings.
What you bring to the table:
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to break down and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency with MacOS, Windows, and common SaaS administration tools (e.g., Okta, Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace).
- Experience supporting or administering SaaS platforms and cloud-based tools.
- Solid understanding of core IT concepts such as identity management, endpoint security, device configuration, and network fundamentals.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly outline processes, configurations, and resolutions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with employees at all levels of the company.
- A willingness to learn, take ownership, and step outside your comfort zone when needed.
- Experience administering Jamf and/or Intune.
- Experience with Okta, identity governance, or access workflows.
- Network+ or A+ Certification (or equivalent knowledge).
- Basic scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
- Experience participating in IT projects or system rollouts.
