About Fullscript
We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care.
That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment.
We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.
This is your invitation.
Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people.
Join us and shape the future of care.
Fullscript Academy is an education platform designed to empower healthcare practitioners with the clinical knowledge and tools they need to deliver whole-person care—an evidence-informed approach that addresses physical, emotional, social, and environmental influences on health. We deliver education through a variety of formats, including webinars, podcasts, articles, protocols, and in-app resources to support real-time clinical decision-making.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager to join the Fullscript Academy team—our learning management system (LMS) platform—to lead the development, review, and delivery of high-impact medical education content.
This role is about more than just writing—you’ll work closely with internal teams, freelance writers, and external experts to ensure all content is scientifically accurate, compliant with medical regulations, and clinically useful. You’ll play a key role in shaping the educational experience for practitioners, helping them make more confident, effective decisions in support of whole-person care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and oversee the development of evidence-informed educational content for healthcare professionals, including articles, lab and supplement guides, webinars and slide decks, and dynamic learning tools
  • Direct freelance medical writers, providing clear outlines, editorial guidance, and constructive feedback to ensure content meets Fullscript’s standards for accuracy, tone, and clinical relevance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders (SMEs, product manager, design, marketing), to shape content formats and delivery strategies that are clinically relevant, engaging, and aligned with practitioner needs and business goals.
  • Tailor content for diverse audiences and formats, including healthcare providers (MDs, DOs, RNs, NPs, PAs, and NDs), patients, and social channels.
  • Ensure quality and compliance by conducting or reviewing literature searches, validating accuracy of claims, reviewing for FTC/FDA compliance, and adhering to internal style and compliance guidelines.
  • Conduct clear content intake processes to define context, audience, CME requirements, and format.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows for editing, reviewing, and approving medical content.
  • Ensure content quality and utility by measuring performance, applying insights, and adapting content to better meet user needs and maximize impact.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years in medical writing and editing, preferably with a focus on practitioner education.
  • Deep understanding of scientific writing standards, editorial best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to write across modalities and tones—from protocols to presentations to podcast scripts.
  • Confidence collaborating with freelancers and SMEs, setting expectations, and providing editorial direction.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to support content development, with strong human oversight.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with CMS platforms and/or clinical software environments
  • Experience applying Learning Experience Design or Instructional Design principles
  • Familiarity with health literacy principles
  • Strong understanding of APA style
  • American Medical Writers Association certification
