Job Summary
We’re hiring Warehouse Associates to join our team in Riverside, California. This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll scan, pick, and pack orders, work with a tight-knit team, and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Note: this is for Day Shifts Only

What You’ll Do

  • Process and organize inventory for shipping
  • Utilize modern devices for sorting, scanning, and order preparation
  • Follow on-screen instructions for various tasks
  • Assemble, secure, categorize, and move pallets and packages
  • Receiving auditing, and storing products
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a 5x8 schedule depending on need (including Sundays) with overtime.
  • Engage in activities such as standing, walking, pushing, and lifting throughout your shifts.

What You’ll Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the position
  • Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse experience with a similar distribution-type experience
  • Previous experience and meet or exceed department productivity standards (rates, quotas, UPH, LPH, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under time constraints
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, safety, and focus while performing work
  • Willingness to grow and learn within the organization
Pay & Perks
💵 $20.25/hour
