At Fullscript, we’re not just changing healthcare—we’re making it whole.
We help 100,000+ healthcare practitioners support 10 million patients with a platform that delivers evidence-based health solutions, diagnostic support, and practitioner tools—all in one place.
Healthcare today is disconnected. We’re fixing that. Fullscript makes it easier for practitioners to treat the whole person, not just symptoms, so patients get the support they need—when they need it.
We’re building a better way—one where healthcare is connected, complete, and built for impact.
The Role
Fullscript’s diagnostics product is one of the most ambitious bets we’ve made, our first real expansion beyond supplements in the lifetime of the company. We’ve built a strong foundation, and now we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale one of our most strategic features, Interpretations.
Interpretations helps practitioners communicate lab results to their patients with clarity, confidence and clinical context. It’s already launched and showing some early traction, but it’s still in its infancy. We believe it could become the centrepiece of our diagnostic ecosystem, and we’re looking for someone to lead the charge.
Why this role matters
Interpretations is more than a feature. It’s a wedge into a new era for Fullscript. One where we go from being a world-class supplement platform to a comprehensive operating system for healthcare. You’ll be joining the team that built labs from scratch. Now we’re bringing that momentum into the broader company and we need someone who can lead from the front, shape the story and make the product impossible to ignore.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the interpretations product.
- Deeply understand practitioner workflows, pain points and goals through constant conversations with our customer base.
- Identify and ship strategic pilots that expand the interpretations ecosystem.
- Shape and communicate a compelling product narrative to internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing and leadership so that they understand and advocate for your roadmap.
- Partner closely with design, engineering and clinical stakeholders, to ship fast, learn faster and iterate continuously.
- Collaborate with the broader product, design and engineering teams to build the connective tissue between Interpretations, Treatment Planning, and the broader Labs and Supplements features.
What we’re looking for:
- 0 - 1 product experience: You’ve owned an early stage product from idea through launch, iteration and scale. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, fast learning cycles and prioritize ruthlessly.
- Strategic Communicator: You can connect product work to business outcomes and bring others along. You’ve influenced cross-functional stakeholders and rallied teams around a vision.
- Customer Obsessed and Insights Driven: You spend time with users. You listen deeply, you build conviction not from opinions, but from patterns.
- Right a lot, because you listen a lot: You know when to hold strong and when to pivot. You’re humble, curious and never precious about your ideas.
- Speed-biased, without cutting corners: You care about the user experience, but you know when 80% is good enough to learn and iterate.
- Startup-trained: You’ve worked in early-stage environments ideally with experience balancing scrappy execution with structured scaling.
- (Bonus) Familiarity with the health-tech or diagnostics space, especially around lab results or clinical workflows.
What we offer:
- Flexible PTO & competitive pay—rest fuels performance.
- RRSP match & stock options—invest in your future.
- Customizable benefits—flexible coverage, paramedical services, and an HSA.
- Fullscript discounts—save on wellness products.
- Continuous learning—training budget + company-wide initiatives.
- Wherever You Work Well—hybrid and remote flexibility.
