The Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager at Fullscript will play a vital role in bridging the gap between marketing teams and data/technical teams, ensuring a clear and actionable understanding of marketing performance across various channels and campaigns.
This position is responsible for driving the strategic development and adoption of data-driven marketing tactics, optimizing performance, and aligning digital marketing strategies with Fullscript’s business goals. You will provide key insights into customer behavior, marketing funnels, and opportunities to grow and enhance Fullscript’s marketing efforts in support of organizational objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Continuously analyze data across marketing channels, campaigns, and tactics to understand performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform marketing decisions.
- Funnel & Performance Insights: Deliver comprehensive funnel analysis, providing clear insights into lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement to improve marketing performance and drive business growth.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Act as a subject matter expert for all data-driven requests, unlocking valuable insights from Fullscript’s data and presenting these findings to internal teams to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborative Marketing Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to prioritize data requests and ensure strategies are continuously optimized to meet business objectives.
- Functional Requirements Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to create, analyze, and validate business requirements. Translate these into detailed functional requirements and user stories to ensure clear communication with technical teams.
What You Bring To The Table:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B/B2C growth marketing, ideally within healthcare, SaaS, or similar sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related field/experience.
- Expertise in digital marketing data, with hands-on experience in platforms such as Google Analytics, Iterable, Hubspot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and experience with Snowflake or other data warehouse platforms.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate data insights in an accessible way to marketing teams and senior leadership.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external partners to drive marketing performance.
- Previous experience in the health and wellness or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with the customer journey in health and wellness, particularly for healthcare providers and patients.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve results.
- Knowledge of lead management frameworks.
