- Develop and own our enablement strategy, aligned to commercial objectives and GTM priorities
- Lead and coach a team of Enablement Specialists to deliver high-impact, data-informed programs
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver enablement that sticks — not just training decks
- Operationalize support across diverse GTM motions: product-led growth, product-led sales, and outbound prospecting
- Build and maintain scalable frameworks for program delivery, content development, feedback, and iteration
- Integrate AI tools into enablement workflows to streamline content creation, personalize learning, and boost rep effectiveness
- Act as the connective tissue between our Product team and Commercial stakeholders
What You Bring To The Table:
- Proven experience in Revenue Enablement within high-growth SaaS, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Deep knowledge of both SMB and Enterprise go-to-market needs, and how enablement must flex between them
- Experience designing and measuring the impact of enablement programs at scale
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution and coach others to do the same
- Demonstrated experience experimenting with and deploying AI technologies in enablement
- Excellent communication and influence skills across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools in our stack, such as Guru, Cornerstone, Gong, and Salesforce
