We’re hiring an Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support our Commercial team. You’ll work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and senior leaders to keep priorities clear, workstreams connected, and the team focused on what matters most. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes — bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, staying ahead of shifting priorities, and helping the team operate smoothly and effectively.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Commercial leadership to support strategic planning, coordination, and follow-through
- Track key deliverables, help connect cross-functional work, and surface blockers
- Manage calendars, meeting prep, logistics, and follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate reporting timelines and team planning rhythms
- Organize travel, offsites, and internal events
- Step into high-priority projects as needed to keep things moving
What you bring
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a Commercial, Sales, or Growth org
- Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, dashboards, and reporting systems
- You’re organized, proactive, and good at managing moving parts
- Clear communicator who brings calm and clarity
- Curious, thoughtful, and motivated by helping others do their best work
