We are currently seeking a Developer III, Front End. If you love crafting quality front-end experiences and solving real-world problems in a fast-moving environment—we want to hear from you.
Fullscript is written with Ruby on Rails, and our product is built on our internal GraphQL API. On the front-end, we’re using React, TypeScript, and Apollo to create top-notch experiences for our users. Our team cares about doing things well, and about the developer experience on the team. What you'll do
- Build and scale the front-end of a new enterprise product offering within Fullscript.
- Design, implement, and improve user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Write clear, maintainable, testable, and reusable code.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless experiences.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Scope and plan development work, balancing speed with technical quality.
What you bring to the table
- Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Expertise in modern JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar. (We use React + TypeScript.)
- Understanding of good design patterns and principles.
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Claude Code, Roo Code, etc.
- Good sense for how to utilize AI to increase velocity without sacrificing quality.
- A desire to build and ship impactful product.
- You want to grow and learn as an engineer, and seek out feedback and coaching.
- You’re resourceful and find a way to get things done.
- You approach your craft with a positive attitude and energy, and are looking for a supportive yet challenging environment.
