We’re looking for a Senior Developer, Front End to join us. If you love crafting quality front-end experiences, mentoring others, and solving real-world problems in a fast-moving environment—we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Build and scale the front-end of a new enterprise product offering within Fullscript.
- Design, implement, and improve user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Own projects from concept to production—writing clean, testable, and reusable code.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless experiences.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and front-end tooling for maintainability and scalability.
- Participate in and lead code reviews, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Mentor junior developers and help grow the front-end culture on Vanguard.
- Scope and plan development work, balancing speed with technical quality.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a JavaScript or Front-End Developer, ideally at the senior level.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar. (We use React + TypeScript.)
- Strong understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and testing.
- Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience working with design systems and collaborating with product/design teams.
- Familiarity with GraphQL and building against APIs.
- A passion for clean, maintainable code and performance optimization.
- Experience mentoring team members and elevating front-end standards.
- A growth-oriented mindset—you embrace feedback, value collaboration, and love learning.
- Bonus: Experience with React Native or enterprise-scale applications.
