We are seeking a Technical Lead for our Growth Engineering team.
As the Technical Lead, you will impact the technical decision making, and architecture of the future of our e-commerce platform, specifically in the Data insights commercialization and revenue growth space. You will work with the other technical leads and engineers to solve the problems within a fast-growing platform..

What you'll do:
- Lead and directly manage our growth platform team of 4-8 engineers
- Leverage tools like Iterable, Rudderstack, Mixpanel an appcues to provide personalization and top of funnel insights that optimize for growth.
- Serve as the technical owner of integrations that support Data, Marketing, product and commercial teams.
- Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions
- Work with the Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap.
- Help meet the company goals while maintaining the technical health and security of our application
- Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line
- Collaborate with other Technical Leaders — product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more
What you bring to the table:
- An Outcomes focus.

- The ability to work with business stakeholders and provide solutions.
- Experience leading a full-stack software development team
- Passion for Growth and being an integral part of the team that drives the underlying technologies.
- You are passionate about fostering strong engineering practices and processes
- Experience working on high-scale web applications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo, are preferred.
