We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Growth team to impact the full customer journey optimizing the patient and practitioner experience with Fullscript. Join our team and collaborate cross-functionally to provide massive product impact for over 2 million patients and practitioners.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as design subject-matter expert on multiple Growth Product Pods
- Lead design initiatives that drive significant business impact, creating innovative user experiences.
- Promote a culture of curiosity, novelty, experimentation that builds positive change for Fullscript customers
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data analysts, engineers, and others to develop the effective solutions
- Leads end-to-end product design process, from discovery to delivery, acting as voice-of-customer and advocating for progressive UX
- Uncover valued opportunities for customers and build experiences that amplify them, looking for opportunities throughout the growth funnel end-to-end
- Facilitate discovery sessions, collaborative workshops, design reviews and check-ins with cross-functional senior stakeholders
- Initiate research cycles and supports researchers in crafting scripts, research artifacts, analyzing data, and making recommendations
- Clearly communicates ideas, options, and intended experiences to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

- You have a strong history of improving software product experiences
- You are collaborative - You enjoy jamming with others to share knowledge, and give feedback
- You are excited about the ever-changing landscape of design techniques, tools and expectations
- You have experience using and contributing to a living design system
- Bonus - Experience being exposed or contributing to growth teams in the past
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Strong design skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to create beautiful and intuitive designs that meet business objectives
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking skills and the ability to think about the big picture
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work with engineers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and on-time
- A passion for innovation and a desire to push boundaries with your designs
