As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Fullscript, you will be tasked with providing market insights, forming testing strategies, developing personas, orchestrating release strategies, ideating channel and launch tactics, and crafting positioning frameworks. Your efforts will spearhead the creation of coordinated launch, awareness, and demand-generation programs. We are in search of a strong advocate for practitioners and patients who can navigate complexity, drive consensus across teams, and bring significant influence to cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Determine product-market fit, segmentation, market opportunity, and criteria for measuring and improving ROI over time with key market and customer segments.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate competitive landscape to inform product roadmap as well as differentiated marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop practitioner and patient personas to drive wider adoption of various product lines.
  • Generate effective sales and marketing enablement materials.
  • Produce comprehensive marketing plans designed to provide strategic context, address audience divergence, and create optimal positioning.
  • Effortlessly lead marketing and sales briefs on new product features, and confidently initiate go-to-market strategies.
  • Streamline the strategic direction and tactical execution of product feature releases, focused primarily on patient experience.
  • Relay product marketing roadmaps and release plans to marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders efficiently.
  • Thoroughly understand the Fullscript platform and our user base, and lead our teams to incorporate these concepts into their strategies and day-to-day operations.
  • Continually test and optimize product content and messaging by leveraging a strong analytical skill set.
  • Conduct customer interviews to continually uncover problem areas and opportunities that our Product, Marketing, and Sales teams can address.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external partners; influence with presence, confidence, insight, and empathy.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • At least 4-5 years of B2B or B2B2C product marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS is essential.
  • Experience with complex product ecosystems including partner management and multi-audience sales, onboarding, growth, and adoption cycles.
  • Strong content and narrative craftsmanship, with an innate ability for storytelling. Impeccable writing and editorial skillset including technical, creative, and instructional approaches depending upon the audience.
  • Capacity for teasing out actionables from qualitative insights and data-driven strategies.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and persuasion abilities.
  • Proven ability to adapt to rapid growth and ongoing change.
  • Demonstrates a keen eye for growth opportunities and upholds a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Experience monitoring competitors for differentiating capabilities (SWOT analysis), as well as developing buyer and customer personas.
  • Ability to demonstrate a focus on measurable results and a bias for action.

Desirable Attributes

  • Proven track record of scaling a B2B2C product from $50 million to $100 million in annual revenues.
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, mindfulness or other adjacent sector experience, with an understanding of the economics and buyer personas involved (payers, providers, patients, business stakeholders, and more).
  • Basic understanding of healthcare regulatory dynamics such as STARK, anti-kickback, HIPAA, provider credentialing, HSA/FSA.
  • Experience working with eCommerce and Direct-to-Customer (D2C) markets; startup experience is a plus.
  • Fluency with tools such as Excel, Surveymonkey, Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Forms, Sheets), Asana, Salesforce, Slack, Iterable, Mixpanel, Usertesting.com, Figma, and other marketing software tools & platforms.
  • An understanding and direct experience with product-led growth (PLG) concepts, tactics, and technologies.
