Fullscript is seeking an Administrative Specialist for our new Manchester NH Office location. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and time-management skills, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating travel.
  • Respond to inquiries and follow-ups as required.
  • Conduct research as needed to support executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate office needs for Fullscript’s New Hampshire Office. This includes ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized office environment.
  • Take ownership of office processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency..
  • Provide visitor support, welcoming guests and ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics for in-person events and offsites, managing guest lists, and providing on-site support as needed.

What you bring to the table:

  • Prior experience working in an administrative or office support role. 2-4 years preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in event planning and coordination preferred.
