The Opportunity - Salesforce Business Analyst
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and optimize our Sales Cloud environment, ensuring seamless user experiences and system performance. You’ll handle user setup, permissions, and integrations, while monitoring data flows and resolving support tickets. You’ll design and implement workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs, maintaining data integrity and accuracy. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Operations team, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, you will train users, troubleshoot system issues, and continuously improve our Salesforce processes and documentation.
NOTE: This role is hybrid, meaning that the team comes together in office twice a month.
What You'll Do as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Manage all Salesforce administrative tasks, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Monitor system performance, data flows, and logs, ensuring optimal functionality and resolving support tickets.
- Develop and implement UI enhancements such as validation rules, workflows, and custom layouts.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data management processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Support the Sales Operations team by providing insights and updates on system performance and ongoing projects.
- Set up and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other tools, ensuring seamless data synchronization.
- Train users on Salesforce applications and maintain thorough system documentation.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator with 2+ years of experience managing Sales Cloud for at least 40 users.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, formula fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning UI components.
- Proven ability to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with data management, including data imports, cleansing, and duplicate record handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
