Job Description

ForceN is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Technical Marketing & Operations Specialist to own the execution of our marketing across LinkedIn, website, and YouTube, while also acting as the first point of contact for inbound customer interest and development kit fulfillment.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and product, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, technical environment and enjoys taking ideas from concept → execution → delivery. You will be responsible for turning product launches, demos, and technical milestones into clear, compelling content—and ensuring interested customers are quickly engaged and supported.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution of ForceN’s marketing across LinkedIn (company page & campaign posts), website (landing pages, updates, product pages), YouTube (product demos, short clips, explainers), and press releases (e.g. Robot Report, Techcrunch, etc.).
  • Schedule, publish, and optimize content for engagement and reach and track performance metrics (views, engagement, leads) and report insights
  • Coordinate in-bound requests of ForceN's products and help oversee customer fulfillment and success.
  • Coordinate creation of product photos, videos, renders, & graphics with external suppliers (e.g. photographer, videographer, web developer, etc.)
  • Support planning and execution of Conferences and trade shows including conference booth design, build, & logistics as well as pre- and post- event content creation (e.g. event highlights) and outreach/followup

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in technical marketing, ideally in B2B hardware, robotics, automation, or deeptech
  • Strong written & visual communication skills with a proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling use cases
  • Experience managing content across LinkedIn, website, and YouTube
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning multiple workflows
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and managing logistics
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to execute independently

Experience

  • Familiarity with robotics, engineering, or technical products
  • Experience with CRM tools, CMS platforms, graphics design, and web analytics (Hubspot, Webflow, Figma, & Google Analytics preferred)
  • Experience supporting product launches or conference exhibitions
  • Video scripting, photo/video editing, rapid prototyping (e.g. 3-D printing, laser cutting, basic coding, etc.), and physical media (print, packaging) are all a plus
