REAre you passionate about local food culture? We’re Foodee, a team of food experts on a mission to connect local restaurants to businesses through our meal planning platform. We help corporations spread the power of good food by curating menus from top local restaurants and delivering them to your office.

We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce ecosystem to support various business processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product and Finance to identify opportunities for process improvements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce configuration, data analysis, and business acumen will be crucial in driving efficiency and productivity across the organization. The ideal candidate will be located in Ontario. We are not offering sponsorship or relocation for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce processes and functionality.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between technical development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including configuring custom objects, fields, workflows, processes, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements and are user-friendly.
  • Provide end-user training and support, addressing questions, concerns, and issues related to Salesforce usage.
  • Act as a liaison between technical development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.
  • Find and maintain relationships with external consultants/development teams as required to complete projects if expertise is not available in house.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, features, and releases to propose and implement enhancements that align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to ensure the integrity, security, and scalability of the Salesforce platform.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and best practices related to Salesforce usage and administration.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Nice to have: Experience in the food delivery industry or SaaS products
  • Nice to have: Experience with Hubspot
