UX Designer:
🚀 FluidAI is revolutionizing the way surgeons and healthcare practitioners care for their patients. With the launch of our Stream Platform, we are rapidly deploying innovative solutions that enhance decision-making across all levels of experience. Our commitment to design prioritizes effectiveness, simplicity, and delight, and we are now seeking a talented Product Designer to establish our design team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of healthcare by designing products that transform patient care.
This is a remote role that involves travel around the middle east to meet with the FluidAI team and customers, ability to travel to the middle east is a requirement.
Role is for immediate hiring.
Responsibilities:
- 🎨 Lead design initiatives from ideation to deployment, fostering excellence and a collaborative design culture.
- 🕵️ Craft user personas and workflows by synthesizing user research and stakeholder feedback.
- 🖌️Employ design tools like Figma for prototype creation and visual communication.
- 🚀Influence product strategy through contribution to the roadmap and user story development.
- 🔎 Implement user research and usability testing for design validation and iterative refinement.
- 🗺️ Architect user-centric information frameworks and navigation pathways.
- 🔄 Keep abreast of UX trends and emerging technologies to inform and innovate design practices.
- 🔎 Analyze user feedback and metrics to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 📏 Proficient in UX/UI principles with the ability to transform user needs into intuitive designs.
- ❓ Skilled in eliciting detailed user stories to inform design direction.
- 🔎 Keen attention to detail with a dedication to crafting accessible and user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficient in developing sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and well-structured information architecture for high stress and complex environments.
- 🗣️ Fluent in English and Arabic with the competency to communicate complex design concepts clearly.
- 👩💻 Experience collaborating with developers, informed by knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 💭 Demonstrated ability to innovate from customer insights, creating coherent low-to-high-fidelity design narratives particularly with Figma.
- 🤝 Experienced in using collaborative tools like Miro and FigJam for ideation sessions.
- 📂 Portfolio required, demonstrating comprehensive design solutions across various platforms with a clear narrative of the design process.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 🏥 Experience in designing for the busy, stressed and sleep-deprived users. Eg. Health care providers
· 💡 Passion for designing AI-based dashboards.
· 📊 Worked with task management SWs like Jira to juggle many tasks with shifting priorities.
· 📢 Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills in English and Arabic.
