The Talent Development Lead will be responsible for developing, executing and evaluating high-impact talent development strategies that drive employee engagement, performance and retention. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to identify skill gaps, create tailored learning programs, and launch enterprise-wide talent development initiatives that align with Flipp’s goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing high-impact learning initiatives, with the ability to inspire and support a diverse, global workforce. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator, extremely tech-savvy, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This is a full-time contract role until February 2026.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:

Training Design, Program Management & Facilitation

  • Project-manage and support strategy, design and roadmap creation to deliver and maintain effective talent development practices that contributes towards building a high-performance organization
  • Conduct needs analyses to understand capability gaps and develop a learning strategy aligned to support business outcomes for client groups
  • Design, develop, implement and facilitate end-to-end training in the areas that include but are not limited to coaching and leadership, and functional training content
  • Implement adult learning and curriculum design principles and standards, that ensure both consistency, flexibility and sustainability of learning materials
  • Leverage content, digital platforms and knowledge management best practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness
  • Design learning content aligned with industry and external trends that lead to the highest participation and impact

Surveys, Reporting and Analytics

  • Leverage our engagement survey data to drive divisional insights that uncover business needs and insights
  • Review annually the engagement survey for continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to identify opportunities from our system reporting (i.e. LMS, Engagement Survey, PGP Process, Talent Reviews)
  • Provide reporting on our talent systems for both tactical support (i.e. talent review data, PGP, etc.), and, to drive insights for new initiatives in the business
  • Assist in the development of dashboards and analytics related to training to understand effectiveness
  • Define and report on agreed-upon performance metrics/KPI’s to evaluate training programs that allow coaches and leadership teams to clearly measure progress and gaps against milestones

Learning Technologies

  • Utilize cutting-edge learning technologies to deliver digital, blended and ILT sessions (i.e. LMS, eLearning authoring tools, gamification platforms, video-based learning platforms, AI-driven learning tools)
  • Support in launching and scaling an LMS tool
  • Build and utilize systems and tools including Confluence to provide ongoing resources and toolkits for all team members to access
  • Responsible for the content library inside Flipp’s LMS software

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or related HR field, with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs independently
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and development tools
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning platforms, and other training technologies
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and translate data into actionable insights
  • Knowledge and experience with managing large-scale program launches end to end using the ADDIE model
